Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24 hours or more before the session starts for a full refund, free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
* If a Local cancels, the Traveler receives a full refund
FAQ
Is it okay if I can't speak Japanese?
Yes, it's fine. Many Locals speak multiple languages, and many are available in English. We're also planning an in-app translation feature.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session with a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. If a Local cancels, the Traveler receives a full refund.
What are the requirements to become a Local?
Anyone 18 or older who can verify their identity can apply. No special qualifications or skills required.
Is it safe?
We verify all users' identities, have a review system, and provide 24/7 support. We also have an emergency contact feature.
